SPECIFIC):_____________________________________________ Only items approved by the River Festival Committee (RFC) will be sold at the festival. Please list all items you would like to sell for the committee's review. You should send a picture of your booth along with photos of the items you wish to sell. Space areas are subject to change. If you were an exhibitor last year, please note above if you would like your same space. We will TRY our best to accommodate those returning from last year but you must get your application in early. However, understand you MUST accept the space assigned and there will be no refund of the booth after the deadline date. Commercial food vendors should give measurements including trailer. If your space is over 20', then you will need to purchase 2 spaces. All other vendors, if your space is more than 15', you will need to purchase 2 spaces.. Upon signing this application, I acknowledge I have read the rules and regulations issued by the RFC and do agree to the terms set up by the committee. I further agree to keep my booth open Friday through Sunday afternoon at 5:00 p.m. (unless approved by the RFC to leave early). I understand that if I do not comply with the rules and regulations I may be asked to leave the festival and risk not being approved for future years. I also understand there is a $60.00 fee for a return check. NOTE: ALL APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 5:00 P.M. APRIL 18, 2008 SHOULD INCLUDE A $15.00 LATE FEE FOR EACH SPACE REQUESTED. NO BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE MADE WITHOUT THE LATE FEE INCLUDED!!! I do hereby make application to exhibit at the Geneva
Festival on the Rivers April 25, 26 & 27, 2008. I will abide by the rules
set forth. Furthermore, I hereby release and forever discharge from
liability the Geneva Festival on the Rivers Committee, Greater Geneva Area Chamber of
Commerce and the City of Geneva. Exhibitors shall assume all
responsibility for any loss, damage or injury they shall have or cause. THE
RIVER FESTIVAL COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY VENDOR OR
EXHIBITOR NOT MEETING THE GUIDELINES STATED IN THE RULES &
